Loved the traditional Cantonese cuisine - black pepper wagyu beef, pork rib in special sauce, yin yang wat tan hor fun Delicious. The duck was crispy but a little over cooked The food came quickly so we slowed service plus corkage was free 3bottles A delightful night
Pretty old school traditional Chinese restaurant vibes, but the food and service were impeccable, and top notch. Came here for a lunch and was impressed with the personable service and great quality of food offered. The restaurant is located at the basement level of the Sheraton Hotel.
very friendly, prompt and impeccable service from the staff at li bai. food is great, especially the cod fish, crabmeat with egg white and roast meats, red bean pancake for dessert totally hit the spot! food portion was generous as well. great evening spent there :)
Was here for dim sum lunch, and honestly liked it, just don't like it enough. This restaurant is extremely old school, from the time you walk into the space, to the toilets, and the entire set up, and the dim sum items. For the price paid, I definitely feel like we should be able to find something better, with a fairer price to value elsewhere. Saving grace is the nice auntie that serviced us, and free parking.
Invited to lunch by a frequent patron of the resto and it’s now on my list for upscale, authentic cantonese cuisine. We had our own room and service was good. Environment and ambience feels dated but can’t complain since it’s situated in an old hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes and my favourite has to be the fish broth. Looking forward to visit again.
Cosy upscale cantonese restaurant located in Sheraton Hotel.
Number of tables are lesser compared to Wah Lok and Chui Huay Lim, but the food is on the same level - excellent, delicious, and consistent.
The soup in pumpkin was thick and fragrant. XO carrot cake was good, though I prefer the one from Wah Lok. Xiao Long Bao was delicious, but one of it had its skin stuck to the bottom and the soup seeped out when we took it. Fu Pi Juan was perfectly fried, and among some of the best I had.
A worthy restaurant to visit for celebrations, special ocassions, and business meetings.
We had lunch dim sum and the dishes were very delicious, with some being exceptionally good. The truffle dumpling, ugly duckling and chicken feet were so delicious that we had to order a second serving of the truffle dumpling. It was really the highlight of our meal. The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. Ambience was also perfect for a calm, relaxing meal. Would definitely come again!
Good quality food with decent portion. The servers were efficient and professional in service always ensuring that our drinks were promptly topped-up and cutlery changed for each course. Glad to have chosen this venue.
